1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Mindcast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, viewers, and anyone who accesses content hosted on Mindcast.

2. Permitted Use — Business Content Only

Mindcast is a professional video platform intended strictly for legitimate business, educational, and professional communications. Permitted uses include:

• Product demos and walkthroughs
• Team updates, onboarding, and internal communications
• Client presentations and proposals
• Educational content and tutorials
• Professional feedback and code reviews

3. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, share, or distribute any content that:

• Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult in nature
• Is political in nature, including campaign material, political advocacy, or partisan content
• Is racially offensive, hateful, or discriminatory toward any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, nationality, or disability
• Constitutes harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse
• Promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or illegal activity
• Infringes any third-party copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive material
• Violates any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account that violates these rules, without notice and at our sole discretion.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the videos you upload. By uploading, you grant Mindcast a limited, non-exclusive license to store and serve your content for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising. When you delete a video, it is permanently removed from our servers.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. One person or business entity may not hold multiple accounts to circumvent quotas or restrictions.

6. Service Availability

Mindcast is provided "as is." We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable for any loss of data or business resulting from service interruptions.

7. Reporting Abuse

If you encounter content that violates these Terms, please report it immediately. We take all abuse reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your videos and data will be permanently deleted.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will note the date of the last update at the top of this page.
